WORK WITH ME

You need someone who understands the your vision, and can get to the point of what you need to work on.”

- Naoma Serna-Zahn, Nuevo Studio

This isn't just advisory. It's clarity.

Most creative business owners don't need more tactics. They need someone to help them see what's actually going on, and then figure out what the hell to do about it.

That's the work.

What I Help You With

Everything we do maps to one of five areas.

If something in your studio feels broken, it's almost certainly living here.

  • What are you actually charging, and why? Most studios I work with are underpriced — not because they don't know their worth, but because they've never had to defend it or test it. We look at your pricing model, your positioning, and the disconnect between the two.

  • Who do you serve, and what do you say to them? Vague positioning produces vague clients. Getting specific about who you're for — and just as importantly, who you're not for — is usually the unlock that makes everything else easier.

  • Where does your next client come from? If the honest answer is "I'm not sure," that's the problem. We build a clear, repeatable path from awareness to signed contract — one that doesn't require you to panic every slow month.

  • How does the work actually move through your studio? Scope creep, revision chaos, approval bottlenecks — these are process problems, and they cost you more than you realize. We find where things are leaking and fix them.

  • Who's on your team, what do they own, and is it working? This includes staff, contractors, subcontractors — and sometimes the client relationship itself. If someone on the team is a liability, we name it.

How We Work Together

The Fit Call

30 minutes, no pressure. We talk about what's going on, what you've tried, and whether I'm the right person to help. If I'm not, I'll tell you. If I am, we'll talk about what makes sense next.

→ Book a fit call

The WTF to Unstuck Diagnostic — $750

This is where we start the real work. A 90-minute working session where we go through your business together — pricing, pipeline, positioning, wherever the pain is (even if you can’t quite put your finger on where it is)— and I give you a clear picture of what's actually wrong and what you can start to do about it.

You’ll receive a written summary, a prioritized action plan, and clarity on what the actual problem is (which is sometimes different from the problem you came in with).

Most people say this alone is worth more than they paid.

→ Schedule the diagnostic

Focused Advisory — $1,250–$2,250/month

Ongoing strategic guidance for owners who want a consistent presence. We meet regularly, you have access to me between sessions, and I stay close enough to your business to catch things before they become problems.

This is for owners who've done the diagnostic, know what they're working on, and want accountability and a thinking partner as they execute.

Embedded Partner — $2,250–$4,500+/month

This is the deepest level of involvement. Operational work, SOPs, team development, process documentation — I'm inside your business, not just advising on it. Extremely limited capacity. Typically a good fit for studios going through a significant transition.

Who this is for:

Small creative studios — branding, design, web, marketing, digital. Usually under 10 people. Usually founder-led.

You're good at the work. You've built real client relationships. But there's a gap between where you are and where you want to be, and you can feel it even if you can't name it exactly.

You're not looking for a coach who's never run a business. You want someone who's been in the room, made the mistakes, and has the scar tissue to show for it.

Who this isn’t for:

Studios that are looking for someone to validate what they're already doing. Owners who aren't ready to hear honest feedback. Businesses that want tactics without strategy.

I'm direct. Warm, but direct. If that's not what you're looking for, I'm probably not the right fit.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
