Got a question for me?
Before you book a call, here are the questions most owners ask me. I'd rather answer them upfront than waste your time or mine.

I work with creative studio owners to get their businesses unstuck with the goal of making them more profitable and preventing burnout. A business coach tends to have broad experience across industries. My difference is that I've spent my entire career in the creative field, sitting in every seat. Designer, freelancer, owner, ops, biz dev, sales, account management. I'm not advising you from the outside. I've lived it.

That fancy document doesn't exist when you work with me. From the first session, you'll have actionable items you can start on immediately. Our time together isn't prescriptive either. It's tailored to your situation. Sometimes it feels more like business therapy. Other times we get granular and talk about specific tactics to build and maintain momentum.
-
I owned one for six years and have worked inside many others. I've had a front-row seat to what works, what doesn't, and what to avoid if you want to be in it for the long haul.

The diagnostic is designed to surface what's working and what isn't, and to start dialing in where we need to focus. At the core of every creative business, it comes down to five things: pricing, pipeline, process, positioning, and people. The specifics are yours. The framework gives us a fast starting point.
-
You're signing up for someone to be in your corner. If we're on a weekly cadence, those meetings get set during our initial session. You'll have homework, and when we come back together, we work through it. It's easy to get buried in the production side of your business. We make sure the business side gets at least as much attention.
-
The diagnostic is 90 minutes upfront. After that, we design a plan that fits you. As little as one to two hours per week or per month, depending on how fast you want to move. More time means quicker results. But sometimes you just need to get started, go slow, and let the results build. That's okay too.
-
You'll almost always uncover something you already knew. Here's the thing: knowing it and actually moving past it are two different problems. Most of the time the issue isn't awareness. It's figuring out how to make it work in your specific situation.
-
No. Results depend on you. You get out of this what you put in. If we identify what's holding your business back and you don't work on it, nothing changes. What I can tell you is that you'll leave with a clear picture of what's actually going on and a specific plan for what to do about it.
-
You're getting 90 minutes of focused, experienced attention on your business. We work through a diagnostic designed to uncover what's really going on beneath the surface. Things like whether your pricing reflects your actual value, or what your sales rhythm looks like and whether it's working. By the end, you know exactly where to focus.
-
If you'd rather stick with hourly billing and guesswork, this isn't for you. If you want to hustle your way to burnout, I'm not your person. And if you love the chaos and running without any kind of plan, we'll probably frustrate each other. This is for owners who are ready to be honest about what's not working and actually do something about it.
Who this is for:
Small creative studios — branding, design, web, marketing, digital. Usually under 10 people. Usually founder-led.
You're good at the work. You've built real client relationships. But there's a gap between where you are and where you want to be, and you can feel it even if you can't name it exactly.
You're not looking for a coach who's never run a business. You want someone who's been in the room, made the mistakes, and has the scar tissue to show for it.
Who this isn’t for:
Studios that are looking for someone to validate what they're already doing. Owners who aren't ready to hear honest feedback. Businesses that want tactics without strategy.
I'm direct. Warm, but direct. If that's not what you're looking for, I'm probably not the right fit.
