Hi there.
I’m Clint.
This isn't just advisory or coaching.
It’s a little of both.
Most agency owners and team members don't need more tactics. They need someone to help them see what's actually going on, challenge their answers and assumptions, and then help them figure out what the hell to do about it.
That's the work. It’s equal parts terrifying and exhilarating.
How We Work Together
The Coffee Chat
30 minutes, no pressure. Let’s get to know each other. I want to hear about your journey, what lights you up, what you've tried, and then we can talk about whether I'm the right person to help. If I'm not, that’s totally cool. And if I am, we'll talk about what level of engagement makes sense for where you’re at in your ownership journey.
Command — $44,000
This is a 12-month engagement with sessions every week. You can call, text and email between.
During this year, I'll be right beside you. If you're stuck on a document, we write it in the room. If the team needs a session, we run it together. Weekly contact means I see problems before you bring them to me. This is the closest I get to being part of your agency without being on your payroll. During that year, I’ll fly to your location for an onsite as well, because I feel like being in-person at least once during our engagement is important.
Footing— $9,000
This is a 90-day engagement with sessions every other week.
This is where we figure out what's actually going on. I’ll ask a lot of questions about the business, the money, the team, and how you spend your days. Then we’ll pick one area and spend our time working through it. You get to do the writing, and if a process needs documenting, you’ll document it and we’ll pressure test it together. I'm not building your systems for you, and that's on purpose.
Traction— $14,000
This is a 6-month engagement with sessions every other week. You’ll be able to text or email between for quick sanity checks.
With the added time and access, we can work across the whole business instead of one area at a time, so pricing and pipeline and capacity get connected instead of solved separately. This is for agencies ready to invest across the entire business.
Who this is for:
Small creative agengies in branding, design, web, marketing, or digital. Usually under 8 people, and founder-led.
You're good at the work, and you’ve built real client relationships. But there's a gap between where you are and where you want to be, and you can feel it even if you can't name it exactly.
You're not looking for a generic business coach who's never run a business (let alone a design agency). You want someone who's been in the room, made the mistakes, and has the scar tissue to prove it.
Who this isn’t for:
Agencies that are looking for someone to validate what they're already doing. Owners who aren't ready to hear honest feedback. Team members who want to stay stagnate. Businesses that want tactics without strategy.
I'm direct. Warm, but direct. If that's not what you're looking for, I'm probably not the right fit.
What we work on.
Most of what we work on together will map to one of five areas.
If something in your agency feels broken, it's almost certainly living here:
-
What are you actually charging, and why? Most owners I work with are underpriced not because they don't know their worth, but because they've never had to defend it or test it. We’ll look at your pricing model, your positioning, and the disconnect between the two.
-
Who do you serve, and what do you say to them? Vague positioning produces vague clients. Getting specific about who you're for (and just as importantly, who you're not for) is often an unlock that makes everything else easier.
-
Where does your next client come from? If the honest answer is "I'm not sure," that's the problem. We’ll work together to build a clear, repeatable path from awareness to signed contract, and one that doesn't require you to panic every slow month.
-
How does the work actually move through your agency? Scope creep, revision chaos, approval bottlenecks, lack of a dedicated project manager, etc. These are process problems, and they cost you more than you realize. We’ll start to identify where things are leaking and fix them.
-
You’ve built an amazing team, and you probably want to invest in them. Are they comfortable taking ownership of their role? Do they have workplace trauma that’s informing how they show up for you and your clients? This could include staff, contractors, subcontractors, and sometimes the client relationship itself. If someone on the team is a struggling, let’s look at how to coach them up into their role and set them up for future success.
